Provide oversight and leadership for a multidisciplinary clinical team consisting of supervisors, therapists, care coordinators, and peer specialists for Behavioral Health Resources Adult Outpatient Services in Olympia.

Compensation: $88,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.

• Strong knowledge of mental/behavioral health diagnosis and treatment, substance use disorder treatment, and DSM diagnostic criteria.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Driver's license and auto insurance.

• Previous experience providing mental/behavioral health services to people experiencing serious emotional disturbance preferred.
• Must be two years post-licensure and able to provide clinical supervision.

• While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
