Child and Family Services Therapist - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Provide a broad range of therapeutic services in a managed care environment to children, adolescents, transitional age youth, and their families.  Therapeutic services to be provided may include brief child and family treatment, individual and family therapy, groups (issue specific and psycho-educational), community support-oriented case management services, in home behavioral skills enhancement training, and coordination of individual service teams.

Compensation: $27.33- $38.29 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition, BHR is an eligible employer for the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness program. *BHR has approved supervisors for all Licensure tracks (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, and SUDP) and licensure supervision can be provided on a weekly basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field.
  • Two years of experience providing mental health services to severely emotionally disturbed children, adolescents and families preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with evidence-based treatment strategies towards current DSM covered diagnosis preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with the community support model preferred.
  • Previous experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary children's treatment team and working collaboratively with other service providers.
  • Strong organizational skills to include use of Electronic Health Record software or equivalent for scheduling, time management and all clinical documentation.
  • While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
