Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor


BHR is looking for an energetic and highly skilled maintenance professional who has diverse experience leading projects and crews in new building projects, routine facilities maintenance and repair, and grounds maintenance to join our Facilities Department.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock installation, painting, cabinetry, and door hardware repair and installation skills.
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in management of activities related to facilities support services.
  • Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Able to climb ladders including extension ladders and crawl in confined areas.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to and over 50 pounds.
  • Must have valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
  • While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
