Recovery aides provide general support and oversight of women who are in an inpatient substance use disorder program and whom are also either pregnant or parenting. This is a 24/7 program with shifts that include days, evenings, weekends and on-call. 

Compensation: $19.51 - $25.87 per hour depending on experience and qualifications PLUS shift differential for swing shift $1.75 per hour, for nights $3 per hour and for weekends $1 per hour. Part-time positions are eligible for a pro-rated sign-on bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
