Harvest Home SUD COD Counselor - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Provide co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, care coordination, and support services to pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women in the Harvest Home inpatient program. Harvest Home program is a long-term inpatient program where women stay clean and sober and work on behavioral health issues, and learn skills to help them be more successful parents.

Compensation: $27.33- $38.29 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

BHR is also a preapproved site for the WSAC Washington Health Corps Loan Repayment program - applicants may be eligible for up to $75,000 in loan repayment over the course of three years. In addition, BHR is an eligible employer for the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness program. *BHR has approved supervisors for all Licensure tracks (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, and SUDP) and licensure supervision can be provided on a weekly basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in counseling, social services or related field.
  • Preferred experience providing substance use disorder treatment services to women with co-occurring disorders.
  • Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing both substance use and mental health treatment.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health diagnosis and treatment, DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and the role of psychotropic medications.
  • While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
