MIS Data Architect

Behavioral Health Resources supports and strengthens individuals, families and the community by promoting mental health and substance use disorder recovering throughout Grays Harbor, Mason and Thurston Counties. This position is located within the Quality/MIS Department and is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of information contained in and delivered from BHR's electronic health record system. Additionally, this position provides analysis of contractual deliverables and works as part of a team in maintaining, modifying and testing information systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Two (2) years' experience with demonstrated responsibility in database management and computer technology.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, R, STATA, SPSS, or other relatable coding language.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required prior to start date in accordance with Governor Inslee's requirement for private health care workers.
  • Note:  This position may qualify for a remote (telework) arrangement if the candidate lives outside of the Olympia area.
