PACT Clinical Supervisor - $6,000 Sign-On Bonus!

As the team leader, implement, monitor and direct the Program of Assertive Community Treatment.  This is a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses; supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure services to program clients; and functions as practicing clinician on the team.

Compensation: $77,000 - $88,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in mental health, social services or related field.
  • Qualified Approved Supervisor for training in substance use disorder or mental health.
  • Two years of experience working with priority co-occurring population with substance use dependency and chronic mental illness symptoms, specifically thought disorders.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health diagnosis and treatment, including DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
  • Must have valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
  • While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
