RITS Care Coordinator - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Provide community outreach, substance use and mental health treatment, care coordination, and support services to clients in the Recovery Integrated Treatment Services (RITS) program.

Compensation: $23.38- $31.25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or closely related field (specialization in addiction preferred).
  • Working towards Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) credential preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental health disorder. Experience with Co-Occurring substance use disorder and mental health diagnosis preferred.
  • Previous experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team and working collaboratively with other service providers.
  • Strong organizational skills to include use of Electronic Health Record software or equivalent for scheduling, time management and all clinical documentation.
  • Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
