Technical Support Specialist

Responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of desktop computers, laptops, printers, phones, handheld devices, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and other applications.

  • Associate degree in a technical discipline. Additional related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
  • 1 years of experience in a computer support role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting computers, Microsoft Windows, and MS Office 365 applications.
  • Familiar with TCP/IP networking.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to and over 25 pounds.
  • Some local travel to other BHR sites is required for this position.
  • Must have valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required prior to start date in accordance with Governor Inslee's requirement for private health care workers.
