Carry out service coordination, rehabilitation, and support functions for PACT clients. In addition, provide assessment services, specialized group and individual psychoeducation, and treatment for clients who have been diagnosed with mental health and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. PACT is a statewide program that follows the nation-wide, evidence-based model of ACT, or Assertive Community Treatment. It provides an intensive, multidisciplinary, and person-centered approach in working with people who have schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder. Compensation: $21.25- $29.31 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
