Child and Family Services Care Coordinator - Part Time

Provide a broad range of therapeutic services in a managed care environment.  Therapeutic services to be provided will include community support oriented case management and coordination of individualized service teams.  Adjunctive services may include issue specific and psycho-educational groups and in-home behavioral skills enhancement. 

Compensation: $23.88- $31.75 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Two part-time 24 hours per week openings available. BHR offers an exceptional benefits package with most benefits pro-rated based on the employee's FTE (Full Time Equivalent).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or closely related field.
  • Two years of experience with priority population preferred.
  • Previous experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team and working collaboratively with other service providers preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to include use of EHR software or equivalent for scheduling, time management and all clinical documentation.
  • Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
