Harvest Home Care Coordinator

Harvest Home program is a co-occurring disorder long term inpatient program where women learn skills to help them be more successful parents, stay clean and sober and manage other behavioral health issues. Provide clinical case management and care coordination to pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women in the program.  Position may require evening and weekend hours and/or to be on-call. 

Compensation: $18.21- $25.10 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or similar field.
  • One year of experience with priority population preferred.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders and mental health diagnosis and treatment preferred.
  • Knowledge of child development and appropriate parenting skills preferred.
  • Must have valid Washington State driver's license.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required prior to start date in accordance with Governor Inslee's requirement for private health care workers.
