Administrative Assistant III

Provides customer service support and performs routine office tasks in support of clinical and medical records services.  Includes reception duties, data entry, word processing, answering a multiline phone system or switchboard, opening clinical charts in agency electronic health records (EHR) system, and overall office support for program at a specific site.

Compensation: $16.90- $21.11 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

  • At least one year of vocational training in business office procedures plus one year of experience in providing customer service in general office setting and with multi-line telephone system. General office experience may be substituted, year for year, for educational requirements.
  • Knowledge of word processing software applications.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required prior to start date in accordance with Governor Inslee's requirement for private health care workers.
